Terms and conditions

1. Provider and scope
RED AGENCY ET CONCIERGERIE, SARL with share capital of MAD 12,000, registered in Marrakech under RC 72723 and ICE 000310820000009 (“REDKEYS”), provides consulting, event design, organisation, coordination and concierge services. These terms apply to quotes that refer to them.
2. Request, proposal and contract
The website form is an information request, not an order. A contract is formed when the client accepts the quote without reservation and, where applicable, makes the first payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, tax treatment, instalments and included services are specified in the quote. Payment takes place only after quote approval, through an individual CMI payment link or another method stated in the quote. REDKEYS does not store complete card details.
4. Third-party providers
REDKEYS may select and coordinate venues, caterers, artists, carriers, accommodation providers, technicians and decorators. Their disclosed availability, cancellation, deposit and safety conditions apply to the relevant services.
5. Client obligations
The client supplies accurate, timely information, including guest count, allergies, accessibility requirements, permissions and venue constraints, and is responsible for guest conduct.
6. Changes, postponement and cancellation
Requests must be made in writing. Financial consequences depend on the accepted quote, work completed and amounts irreversibly committed to third parties.
7. Force majeure, safety and liability
Neither party is liable for failure caused by an unforeseeable, irresistible external event under applicable law. REDKEYS may adjust or stop a service that presents a safety risk.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Concepts, plans, texts, moodboards and creative documents remain protected. Confidential project information is used only for delivery unless disclosure is legally required.
9. Personal data
Data is processed to answer requests, prepare quotes, manage contracts and meet legal obligations. Data requests may be sent to contact@redkeys-marrakech.com.
10. Applicable law and disputes
The contract is governed by Moroccan law. The parties first seek an amicable solution; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
